• Another long night, and another long day.
Well, I finally got to bed last night a little after 1 a.m. local time. I was online, trying to remain less lonely. I'd never make it in jail. This is bad enough. Good thing I'm a generally good person. Hopefully I'll never see a jail.
I woke up this morning to the phone ringing again. Looks like the plan today is to get me out of here, for at least a few hours. I'll be heading towards Houston to get showered up and perhaps a decent bite to eat. It's been since Sunday morning that I've had a shower, and although there is running water at this site, it's not safe for drinking, and, well, doesn't look all that clean for washing, either. Mike, Robert, and the other engineer will probably wonder if I even have any other clothes, as I haven't changed. Was going to try to wash up some this morning, and then change clothes, but, since I'm driving out to get a shower, I guess I won't bother.
At some point today I guess I'll climb up the tower a bit again so I can upload a few more pictures for the blog. I've added some pictures to other posts, so if you haven't seen 'em, check 'em out if you're interested. I upload the pictures from my Sprint phone, but the signal is so weak unless I climb the tower. I've taken a whole bunch of new ones, though, so when I get in signal on my drive, or climb up later, you'll get to see those, too.
Not much happening this morning. The generator lasted the night, and I'm just playing around online. Hit me up on AIM, if you want. (GuyOnTheAire)
